система непрерывных расчетов по сделкам с использованием неттинга
US C&S проведение расчетов по сделкам с ценными бумагами, заключенными между брокерами и дилерами, через клиринговую палату и/или депозитарий с использованием неттинга, т.е. все обязательства по продаже (поставке) и покупке (получению) по определенной ценной бумаге сводятся к одной нетто-позиции; при этом позиция по неисполненным сделкам (failed trades) переносятся на следующий день (используется, напр., в США в NSCC и DTC). Данный метод расчетов позволяет свести к минимуму движение сертификатов ценных бумаг и денежных средств, а также способствует снижению рисков
